Before Your Event

After booking we will confirm your event details and make sure your space is ready for setup. We will go over your event location, setup area, water and power access, and your arrival window. This ensures everything runs smoothly on the day of your event.

Setup Requirements

To provide the best foam experience we require the following:

Water Access - A garden hose connection within 50 feet of the setup area.

Power Access - A grounded 3-prong outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.

Foam Area - Minimum space of 20x20 feet. We recommend 30x30 feet for larger groups. Grass, artificial turf, and pavement are all acceptable surfaces. The area should be level and clear of obstacles.

Need Help With Setup?

No problem. If your location does not meet the standard requirements FOAMellow has solutions. We can bring additional hoses, extension cords, a generator, or even haul water to your location. Colored foam is also available for a truly unique experience. Contact us at hello@foamellow.com or (719) 301-0299 and we will work out the details together before your event. We must use our own equipment for the best and safest results.

On the Day of Your Event

We arrive early to set everything up so you do not have to worry about a thing. Your FOAMellow experience includes professional foam cannon setup, continuous foam during your booked time, an on-site attendant managing the equipment, and music to keep the energy up — family friendly or your preference. You just enjoy the party. We handle the rest.

During the Foam Party

Foam parties are designed for guests to rotate in and out of the foam area keeping the experience fun and safe for everyone. Expect high energy foam play, music, and a unique experience your guests will not forget.

After the Party

Once your event time ends we handle cleanup and equipment breakdown. The premium foam solution we use naturally dissipates and does not leave long term residue.

Weather Policy

Foam parties are weather dependent. For safety reasons we may reschedule in cases of lightning, sustained winds of 20 mph or greater, or unsafe temperatures. We will work with you to find the next available date at no additional cost.
